Council regulations are considered and taken into account from the initial consultation. (Something that many landscapers, designers, builders and developers do NOT do). The design incorporates these controls to ensure your design is compliant with the current regulations. This in turn, ensures that the approval process time is minimised and that it is assessed and approved by Council in the shortest possible amount of time.



The DA process is clearly explained to each and every Client to ensure the Development Application process is simple and stress free. LDBJR can submit the DA on behalf of the Client and communication is then maintained with the Client as the DA is being assessed by Council to ensure the Client has up to date information regarding the progress of their DA.
